Pyotr Shereshevsky

In 1996 graduated as a theatre director from the St. Petersburg Academy of Theatre Art, where he was a student of Irina Malochevskaya. Worked as a theatre director at the Komissarzhevskaya Theatre in St. Petersburg. In 2004 took a course of training at the National Theatre in London. In 2010-2011 worked as a theatre director at the Novokuznetsk Drama Theatre. In 2014 began to stage at the Udmurtian Drama Theatre in Izhevsk, and since 2014 has worked at the Kamerny Theatre in St. Petersburg.
Pyotr Shereshevsky has staged over 40 productions in St. Petersburg, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Izhevsk and other cities of Russia.

Pyotr Shereshevsky is a winner of numerous theatre awards. In 2015 his production of IVANOV by Anton Chekhov was selected for the Golden Mask Festival project Maska Plus. His production of LITTLE TRAGEDIES by Alexander Pushkin is nominated for the Golden Mask National Theatre Award in 2016.
