Ivan Vyrypaev

Ivan Vyrypaev is a Russian actor, theatre and film director, playwright and screenwriter. He graduated from then Irkutsk theatrical school in 1995, after graduation, he worked as an actor at the Magadan theater for one season, then for two seasons as an actor at the Drama and comedy theatre on Kamchatka. In 1998, he founded the "Acting space" theatre-studio in Irkutsk. In the same year, Ivan became a student by correspondence at the Shchukin theatrical institute, department of drama theater directors. In 1999-2001, he taught actor mastery at the Irkutsk theatrical school, in the course of Vyacheslav Kokorin. He gained wide popularity in Europe as a theatre playwright and producer, author of original creative projects. His productions, as well as performances of his plays have been successful in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and England. Vyrypaev is an award winner (for his performance "Oxygen").
